区块链技术在高校电子档案管理中的应用研究

摘要: 区块链技术是多种技术手段的集成体、综合体,其存储方式为分布式存储,传输方式为P2P传输,加密方式为时间戳、共识机制、非对称加密等,激发方式为智能合约,其技术特征非常适合电子档案管理的四性要求。由于目前区块链技术在档案管理方面的研究还仅处在可行性研究和发展前瞻研究,对于如何具体应用的实践设想比较少。因此,本文着重研究区块链技术如何应用于电子档案管理的策略,包括区块链技术的布局类型、分布式存储、双链设计模型、区块链的基本构成、非对称加密技术保护个人隐私、BigchainDB数据库技术适用性研究及如何设计信息系统等,希望推动档案工作者积极探索、规划、实践、总结区块链技术并将其引入至档案管理中。

Abstract: Blockchain technology is a collection of multiple technologies, including distributed storage, P2P transmission, time stamping, consensus mechanism, asymmetric encryption, smart contracts and many other technical means. Its technical characteristics are very suitable for the four requirements of electronic file management. Because the current research on blockchain technology in file management is only in the feasibility study and development prospective research, there are few practical ideas on how to apply it, specifically to electronic file management. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to apply blockchain technology, including the layout type, distributed storage, double-chain design model, basic structure of blockchain, asymmetric encryption technology, the applicability of BigchainDB database technology, file management information system, in order to promote archivists to explore, plan, practice, and summarize blockchain technology.
