Abstract: The archive online retrieval system of the National Archives of Singapore has four online search methods for different information bases. The search results may be with different recorded items in different information bases or search methods. What can be learned from the National Archives of Singapore are that providing diversified search methods, strengthening the integration of online information resources and adhering to unified construction standards
