Abstract: The "Black Map File" of the archives collection of Liaoning Province is the archive of the documents of the Shengjing House of Internal Affairs. It provides important historical materials for the study of the Shengjing House of Government in the Qing Dynasty. This article is deeply rooted in the newly published "Black Map File · Xianfeng Dynasty" To study the establishment and selection of officials in the institutions of the Shengjing Office of the Qing Dynasty in the relevant administrative affairs.
