    In recent years, the term "Digital Archives" frequently appears in archival academic works. What are the connections and differences among the electronic records, archival electronic records and digital archives? In this paper, the three concepts are discriminated. The author analyses the connotation, extension and research content of the three concepts , and compares them,and points out that the three concepts are the same in the formers,existing form,storage carrier and relying environment , but are different in connotation, extension and research content.

    Archives as an important part of social resources, its security, integrity and authenticity has been paid attention to by all walks of life. The rapid development and wide application of block chain technology not only brings opportunities for the development of archives management, but also brings risks. Based on the connotation and key technologies of block chain, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of block chain technology in file management by using SWOT analysis method, and further puts forward a variety of development strategies to maximize advantages, avoid disadvantages, seize opportunities and meet challenges. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference value point for the relevant theory and practical application of "block chain+archives", to greatly improve the coupling of archives, and to make archives deeply participate in social activities.

    With a lot of valuable information of the trusted electronic records, the country's needs for long-term preservation of trusted electronic records become more urgent. It happens that blockchain technology provides a new means to meet the demand. This paper analyzes the value of long-term preservation of trusted electronic records, introduces blockchain technology and analyzes its function to the long-term preservation of trusted electronic records. Finally, it proposes build a national long-term preservation system of trusted electronic records, which based on blockchain technology as the axis, and from perspective of talent, law, conception, management, and policy, to analyze strategies of the system.

    Knowledge service is a trend in the development and utilization of archival resources. By bibliometrics (literature measurement) and mapping knowledge domains, this paper comprehensively sorts out the relevant literature on archival knowledge service at home and abroad in the past 15 years, and finds that domestic research hotpots in this field include basic theoretical research, archival data resources integration, knowledge organization of archival resources, and archival knowledge service construction, while foreign research focuses include information resources integration methods, archival knowledge service practices and interlibrary resources integration and utilization. This paper makes a comparative research of domestic and foreign research process from four dimensions: systematicness, depth, applicability and interdisciplinarity, and points out that more attention should be paid to theory integration, methods and emerging technologies on resource organization and others in the following researches. The application of relevant knowledge service platforms and tools will be promoted and deepened in the practical level, and the application mode of "digging deep wells in small fields" will be the mainstream in the specific application practice of archival knowledge service.

    Blockchain technology is a collection of multiple technologies, including distributed storage, P2P transmission, time stamping, consensus mechanism, asymmetric encryption, smart contracts and many other technical means. Its technical characteristics are very suitable for the four requirements of electronic file management. Because the current research on blockchain technology in file management is only in the feasibility study and development prospective research, there are few practical ideas on how to apply it, specifically to electronic file management. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to apply blockchain technology, including the layout type, distributed storage, double-chain design model, basic structure of blockchain, asymmetric encryption technology, the applicability of BigchainDB database technology, file management information system, in order to promote archivists to explore, plan, practice, and summarize blockchain technology.
