Abstract: According to the requirements of the pilot construction of the digital archives of the National Archives Bureau for the functions of the application system.In contrast to the evaluation indicators and rules relating to the construction of application system in the Measures for evaluation of digital archives issued by the National Archives Office at the end of 2016, it can be seen that in the evaluation methods for the archives management system construction of many functional indicators are unprecedented new provisions and new requirements. This article will give an in-depth interpretation of the evaluation indicators for the functions that should be provided by the application system, such as automatic or semi-automatic identification of electronic file archiving scope, meta-data collection, verification of metadata value validity, configuration workflow for disposal identification, survival, destruction, transfer, open identification of archives, automatic format conversion of archived electronic documents, Standardized automatic inspection of archive catalogs and metadata items, three-member management of the system, etc. We hope to provide reference for the construction of digital archives application system for archives colleagues.
