Abstract: Under the continuous improvement of China's current openness, various universities have also carried out overseas cross-cultural exchange activities, learning from each other and learning from each other, thus effectively promoting the healthy development of colleges and universities. As a valuable resource for colleges and universities, it is necessary to actively construct corresponding overseas cross-cultural communication files when conducting various overseas cross-cultural exchange projects, and continuously improve them. Based on this, this article will start with an important role in clarifying the construction of overseas cross-cultural communication files in colleges and universities, combined with the actual problems existing in the construction of the archives, and the practical work of the author for many years, trying to effectively build and improve the overseas cross-cultural exchanges of colleges and universities. The file proposes several countermeasures for reference.
