Abstract: University management work has a high degree of reliance on business files, especially when it comes to the management of teachers. Colleges and universities need to do a good job in the management of teachers' business files. Through the management of the teacher's business files, they can comprehensively understand the teacher's business level, and thus can provide accurate reference for the construction of the teaching staff. In the analysis of college teachers' business file management, this paper introduces the main contents of college teachers' business file management, puts forward a new strategy of college business file management in the new era, and puts forward specific construction countermeasures for the construction of college teachers.
