Abstract:  In order to understand the user's perception and evaluation of the image of archives, from the perspective of user perception, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the evaluation index system of the image of archives is constructed. Firstly, based on the evaluation index proposed by the existing literature, the key object interview method is used to extract the evaluation index and preliminarily construct the evaluation index system of the image of archives. Then, we use questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis to test. After revision and improvement, we finally construct an evaluation index system of archives image, which includes 7 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 50 third-level indicators, to provide reference for the evaluation of archives image.
